Not at all. Many people come to therapy unsure of what’s wrong — they just know something doesn’t feel okay. That’s a good enough reason to seek support.

Will I (or my child) have to talk about everything straight away?

No. Therapy moves at a pace that feels manageable. It’s okay to take time to build trust — that’s part of the process.

How long does therapy last?

Do you work online?

Yes — I offer online sessions where appropriate, especially for older adolescents and young adults. In-person sessions are also available in Ayrshire, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.
